 If you are a covered employee or dependent who is experiencing a problem getting a medical claim processed, first contact North American Administrators.
 
 If you do not receive a timely or complete response, please contact your Human Resources representative. If your Human Resources representative is unable to resolve your problem, please have him or her contact the Consortium office.
 
 If your Human Resources representative is unavailable for some period of time, please contact the Consortium office. For your convenience in contacting us by email, a Feedback Form is available.
 
 If you are a covered employee or dependent who is experiencing a problem getting a prescription filled or refilled, your pharmacy has problems with a claim processing, contact Express Scripts. You can also get more information on Express Scripts on the Internet.
 
 If you are experiencing difficulties using the Plan's network of health care providers, or wish more information about the network, please contact Tennessee Healthcare Network.
