Staples offers fast, easy, direct online purchasing (and returns) through StaplesLink.com. Orders may also be placed via fax or phone making it easy to use. In conjunction with Staples, TICUA has developed a 100 item list of the most commonly used items by universities and colleges priced at deep discounts from retail. Furthermore, each TICUA member is able to add 20 items to the list.

All institutions, except for Milligan College, will receive next day delivery either to the dock or to the desk—depending of what the school desires. For those last minute, emergency purchases, Staples Business Advantage customers can also buy products at the negotiated contract price (or store price, if lower) without tax in any Staples store in the country.

In addition to receiving the discounts, member institutions participating in the Staples Business Advantage program will receive a volume-based rebate configured on the total web purchase volume of all participating TICUA members.
