 Cook’s Pest Control contract offers benefits to TICUA members and participating institution employees. TICUA members signing new contracts with Cook’s will receive a discount off of their standard rate hourly rate of $75.00. Additionally, if institutions pay for the yearly contract up front, additional savings will be realized. As a part of the contract, Cook’s will not charge an extra fee to rid the campus of existing pest problems (except for Brown Recluse spiders) inherited because of lack of a pest management program or ineffective servicing by another company. Employees of participating institutions qualify for a small discount off their personal in-home contracts with Cook’s.
