Designed to enhance safety, improve enrollment, increase involvement and facilitate campus connections through improved communication, The Connect-ED® mass notification service for Higher Education offers a bundled set of emergency, community outreach, and survey notification tools.
 
Connect-ED is a service of Blackboard Connect, Inc. (BCI). For more than seven years, BCI has demonstrated superior experience operating as an ASP, sending time-sensitive mass notifications through its web-based, fully hosted system.

Implementation of Connect-ED is simple and includes exporting contacts database (SIS and HR) into .CSV format and uploaded into the multiple redundant data center in real time.  An autoscript will be provided to automate the update/sync process.
