TICUA Procurement Program - Cerqa


 
Cerqa offers a wide range of products and services including print, packaging, point-of-purchase displays, media replication, assembly and fulfillment and TICUA members receive a discount on all of these services. They utilize a web-based fulfillment system which gives clients 24x7 control over ordering and inventory management. The on-line system, Argosy, allows users to customize the products as they are ordering, if that is a desired capability of the institution. The Argosy system is ideal for institutions, particularly those with multiple departments, users, and locations.

One offering that has gained some interest is Cerqa’s Framed Art program. This is a particularly good way to showcase your facilities and can also be an excellent fundraiser. Cerqa can accept your photographs, print them on canvas, and frame them. Typical frame size is 16”x24”. Cerqa can work with your Alumni, Development, and Marketing groups to offer framed art unique to your college or university. Once the initial set-up is complete Cerqa offers on-line ordering capability, allowing the buyer to choose from prints and frame choices that you have pre-approved. If you wish, Cerqa can even handle the financial transaction so that you do not have out of pocket costs every time art is ordered. You will then receive a check for all art sold.

TICUA consolidates the purchasing power of our 35 private, not-for-profit campuses in Tennessee to provide TICUA  members the option of purchasing select products at a discount. To defray administrative costs, TICUA  in some cases, may receive a modest amount under agreements made with the companies above.
