For those coming some distance and desiring lodging, you are responsible for making your own housing arrangements. Below are some options to help inform your reservation thought process:

• Standard Single Room at Scarritt Bennett Center includes twin bed, desk, alarm clock, telephone, and dial-up internet access. Each room shares a bathroom with one other room. If you know someone attending and would like to share a bathroom, you may specify when you make your reservation. Otherwise, you will be matched with someone of the same gender. The building in which you will be staying has a lounge with cable television that may be used by guests. Laskey Hall is also available to watch television and/or access wireless high-speed internet. • Deluxe Single Room at Scarritt-Bennett Center includes twin bed, desk, alarm clock, telephone, television and high-speed internet access. Each room shares a bathroom with one other room. Embassy Suites Hotel at Vanderbilt

• Embassy Suites Hotel at Vanderbilt is located approximately three blocks from the Scarritt-Bennett Center (SBC). They provide a shuttle service that could be used to get to and from SBC, if you do not want to walk. Internet access is provided for a fee. Cooked to order breakfast is provided in room cost. Hilton Garden Inn

• Hilton Garden Inn Vanderbilt is a brand new hotel located approximately 1/2 mile from the Scarritt-Bennett Center (SBC).  Internet access is provided for free.  They provide a shuttle service that could be used to get to and from SBC, if you do not want to walk. Best Western on Music Row
