Giving Opportunities


 
 

TICUA provides a variety of sponsorship opportunities to interested parties on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the year.  Below is a description of each of the sponsorship opportunities available through the year.  If you are interested in sponsoring any of these, please contact Susanna Baxter at 615/242-6400 ext. 203.



Professional Development

Throughout the year, TICUA brings together various senior level affinity groups for one- and two-day professional development opportunities.  These meetings are crucial as it allows our members to share best practices, hear from regionally and nationally known speakers, and create and nurture relationships crucial to the success of future collaborative initiatives.  Examples of the types of groups we bring together include, chief financial officers, chief academic officers, chief enrollment officers, physical plant directors, information technology directors, library directors, bursars/controllers and more!  Please click here for a list of the meetings we have planned for the next 12 months.

Sponsorships range in price and level of interaction with participants.  Below is a sample of the types of sponsorships that are available:

*Collegium Membership—Entitles recipient to send one representative to our Annual Meeting (President’s meeting) Gala Event in February 2009 (if gift is received in 2008, 2010 for 2009 gifts) in Nashville; a plaque denoting membership; and name of company hyperlinked to company page on our website (http://www.ticua.org/collegium).

In addition to these meetings, we also have an annual meeting with our Presidents in February.  Sponsorships for this event vary each year, but range from $750 to $5,000 and above.  For a complete listing of next year’s Annual Meeting sponsorships, please contact Susanna Baxter at 615/242-6400 ext. 203.



Publications

Each year TICUA publishes several publications which have opportunities for sponsorships.  Donors have the opportunity to sponsor either half or full page sponsorships to visually demonstrate their support of higher education.   All print sponsorships qualifies the donor for Collegium Membership*.  A brief description of each publication and available sponsorship are below:

Audience: state policy leaders, state higher education community, state business and civic leaders, Tennessee federal policy leaders, TICUA campus senior staff, and trustees of member institutions.

Distribution Date:  Released each year in late January

1. Inside Front Cover [in color]:    $5,000 full page or $2,500 ½ page

2. Inside Back Cover [in color]:    $4,000 full page or $2,000 ½ page

3. Logo on Back Cover [in color]: $1,000 per logo (logo cannot exceed 1 ¼” by 1 ¼”)

Audience: state policy leaders, state higher education community, state business and civic leaders, Tennessee federal policy leaders, TICUA campus senior staff, and trustees of member institutions.

1. Outside Back Cover [in color]: $2,000 full page (no option for ½ page)

2. Inside Back Cover [black and white only]: $1,000 full page or $500 ½ page

3. Inside Front Cover [black and white only]:$1,500 full page or $750 for ½ page
