CDI Computer Dealers, Inc
CDI Computers is the largest provider of recertified technology to the education market in North America. We have helped over 10,000 schools dramatically improve their computer-to-student ratio while offering comprehensive warranties and outstanding customer service which have gained us a 97% approval rating. Our powerful value proposition for budget-conscious institutions provides brand-name products at a significant discount to the cost of new equipment, along with the longest warranties in the industry. CDI’s product line includes PCs, notebooks, tablets, Chromebooks, servers, telecommunication tools, and other technology equipment. The company holds ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certifications, and processes more than one million I.T. assets annually.
For over 20 years CDI’s efforts have been concentrated on educational customers and we’ve come to intimately understand their challenges, restrictions and needs. As a result, we’ve adapted our internal policies and procedures to provide the best possible experience. Our efforts have resulted in more than 19 million students who have gained access to technology and we continue to work to reach as many students as possible.
About Our Product
One of our core strengths is product quality. We spend a tremendous amount of time and money to ensure our testing line is the most advanced, effective way to recertify computers and other technology products specifically for educational customers. Although computers have gradually become more reliable, the failure rates of brand new machines are still quite high compared to the same equipment that has been CDI Certified. The CDI Certified Process is the most thorough in the industry and guarantees nearly zero downtime at a very reasonable price.
