Principal Financial provides a comprehensive suite of employer-paid and voluntary benefits including dental, short-term and long-term disability, as well as life and vision insurance. Benefits are offered in a menu format to allow member institutions to select the benefits that meet the needs of their faculty and staff. Preferred pricing discounts on dental, short-term and long-term disability, and life are available. Rates are guaranteed for 36 months on life and disability. Also available is special pricing and no set-up fees on eBenefits Edges, a customized online benefits administration and enrollment service that helps employers manage the manually intense process associated with operating employee benefit programs. This service connects with all benefit providers – not just Principal Life. Co-branded marketing options also are available for the member institutions and employee education materials can be tailored to the unique communication needs of your school.

TICUA consolidates the purchasing power of our 34 private, not-for-profit campuses in Tennessee to provide TICUA members the option of purchasing select products at a discount. To defray administrative costs, TICUA in some cases, may receive a modest amount under agreements made with the companies in the TICUA procurement program.
