Workspace Solutions, Inc., a Tennessee-based full service office furniture company, offers our member institutions new, remanufactured and pre-owned office furniture as well as design services, delivery and installation. Workspace Solutions’ (WSI) unique offering as a TICUA vendor is the company’s ability to provide our schools with the option of buying pre-owned or re-manufactured furniture from the country’s top manufacturers.
Furniture such as computer workstations, task chairs, training tables, cafeteria/break room tables, stack chairs, bookcases, desks, filing cabinets, etc always are available pre-owned. WSI can offer this furniture for less than 50% of new cost and many times closer to 75% off of new cost. WSI also will help “repurpose” existing furniture, saving both time and money.
In addition, WSI can assist member schools with the removal of existing furniture slated for replacement and will help sell the good quality furniture to other TICUA schools, or to the public/private K-12 sector through consignment or by buying it directly from the member school.

TICUA consolidates the purchasing power of our 34 private, not-for-profit campuses in Tennessee to provide TICUA members the option of purchasing select products at a discount. To defray administrative costs, TICUA in some cases, may receive a modest amount under agreements made with the companies in the TICUA procurement program.
