Creative Recycling

Creative Recycling (CRS) has been in the electronics recycling industry since 1994. CRS is an environmentally driven enterprise committed to providing their customers with reliable electronic recycling services while preserving natural resources and reducing the carbon footprint. No electronics recycled by CRS go to a landfill.
With an electronic recycling operation housed in Nashville, CRS is in compliance with all applicable legal requirements related to environmental health and safety requirements. CRS processing facilities are certified under R2/RIOS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 for Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety management systems.
CRS employs state-of-the-art data security equipment and methodologies that allow for the secure removal of your institution’s proprietary information from obsolete technologies. CRS’ Data Security processes include removing the asset and customer identification tags from each item; performing sanitization, or overwrites, of each item; degaussing all hard drives, floppy disks, magnetic tape and other IT media; destruction of optical media; and providing a Certificate of Destruction.
CRS offers TICUA members free pick up of recyclables. In addition, members will receive a rebate of $0.10/lb for CPUs and $0.05/lb for networking & telecommunication equipment. TVs may be recycled at a cost of $0.12/lb and other electronic equipment at no cost.
