The TICUA Procurement Committee offers a contract with Milliken Carpet to provide carpet specifically designed for high traffic conditions at a discount to our members.
Milliken Carpet is a leading manufacturer of high performance commercial carpeting for office, healthcare, government, hospitality, public space, and education environments. Milliken’s Carpets will provide you with highly designed performance carpets that will reflect the personalized image of your institution. Your carpet purchase comes with a 100% bow/bias pattern match warranty, lifetime delamination and edge ravel resistance warranties, 10-year sustainable image assurance, and their products carry the “Green Label Plus” designation. Additionally, Milliken Carpet when installed properly will not wear more than 15% for the lifetime of the carpet.

TICUA consolidates the purchasing power of our 34 private, not-for-profit campuses in Tennessee to provide TICUA members the option of purchasing select products at a discount. To defray administrative costs, TICUA in some cases, may receive a modest amount under agreements made with the companies in the TICUA procurement program.
