CASHNet offers significant discounts in their multifaceted payment processing solutions for in-person and on-line transactions. CASHNet focuses on the operation issues associated with billing and processing payments for students and other constituents in a secure, hosted environment. Their suite of products will assist you in enhancing customer service, streamlining business processes, reengineering existing business practices and reducing on-going operating costs.
The Procurement Committee has brokered an agreement with CASHNet which will allow you to reliably budget for streamlining your payment processes. CASHNet pricing is fixed; therefore, you do not pay for the system and then have additional costs for each transaction. CASHNet’s pricing is also tiered based on your student FTE. Institutions will have the option of selecting three CASHNet modules (options: ePayment, eBill, eMarket, eRefund) for the reduced base rate. Modules MyPaymentPlan and Cashiering are also available for an additional fee added to the base rate. The cost includes unlimited usage by your students, parents, donors and campus visitors whether they are on-line or in-line.

TICUA consolidates the purchasing power of our 34 private, not-for-profit campuses in Tennessee to provide TICUA members the option of purchasing select products at a discount. To defray administrative costs, TICUA in some cases, may receive a modest amount under agreements made with the companies in the TICUA procurement program.
