The Tennessee Network in partnership with Tennessee Independent Colleges and Universities Association (TICUA) as well as with governmental agencies, public and private higher education institutions, and non-profit organizations is working to implement evidence-based, environmental strategies to decrease under-age drinking, high-risk drinking, other drug use, and associated violence.
