Dedicated to excellence in visual arts education, Memphis College of Art offers students a chance to learn and work in a close-knit community with leading professional artists. The Bachelor of Fine Arts, Master of Fine Arts, and Graduate Studies in Art Education degree programs provide professional training for a broad range of careers in fine arts, design arts, and digital media. Undergraduate areas of study include: animation, digital cinema, digital media, drawing, graphic design, illustration, painting, photography, printmaking, and sculpture. The M.F.A. program offers advanced study and studio practices in traditional and new media. Graduate studies in Education offer M.A.T. and M.A. in Art Education programs. Community education and children's art programs are offered throughout the year. Set in a 342-acre park in Midtown Memphis, MCA is a unique generative environment where artists flourish.
